■ はじめに（Introduction）
当会はMetaに掲載された広告による詐欺の被害に遭った人々と、詐欺広告に肖像権を侵害された人々、およびこれらの被害者を支援する人々のための会です。Metaが詐欺広告を放置している状況を改善するための活動を行います。
This association is for people who have been deceived by fraudulent advertisements published by Meta, people whose portrait rights have been violated by fraudulent advertisements published by Meta, and people who support these victims. This association will carry out activities to improve the situation in which Meta is neglecting fraudulent advertisements.
■ 活動立ち上げの理由 (Reason for launching the activity)
Meta社はFacebookやInstgramなどのSNSを運営していますが、そこには有名人の顔写真などを無断で使用し、あたかも有名人が投資を勧めているかのような虚偽の広告など、多くの詐欺広告が掲載されています。
Meta operates social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Many fraudulent advertisements are published, including false advertisements that make it appear as if celebrities are recommending investment by using photographs of celebrities.
■ 社会がかかえる問題点 (Problems in society)
多くの人々が詐欺被害に遭っており、1億円以上の損害を被った人もいると言われています。Metaは詐欺広告を完全に防ぐことはできないと言って、現在も大量の詐欺広告を放置しており、被害者には何の謝罪や賠償もしていません。
Many people have fallen victim to fraud, and it is said that some people have suffered losses of over 100 million yen. Meta said fraudulent advertising cannot be completely prevented. And Meta continues to leave behind a large amount of fraudulent advertisements, and has not offered any apology or compensation to the victims.

この問題の解決を求める署名活動を行います。集まった署名は送付先に意見書とともに送ります。同時に、Metaへの訴訟を検討し、政治家への働きかけや、メディアへの取材対応なども行います。

Metaの詐欺広告について、有志で集団告発することを検討しています。刑事告発は直接の被害者でなくても可能です。MetaのSNSには多数のあからさまな詐欺広告が掲載され続けています。それを分かっていて放置しているMetaを告発します。証拠を集め、顧問になっていただける弁護士の方にお願いをします。
We will consider filing criminal charges regarding Meta's fraudulent advertisements in Japan. In Japan, criminal charges can be filed even if you are not the direct victim. Many blatantly fraudulent advertisements continue to be posted on Social Media operated by Meta. We will file criminal charges against Meta, which knows this and ignores it. We will collect evidence and ask our legal counsel to file criminal charges against Meta.
もし、Metaの詐欺広告に肖像権を侵害された方や、詐欺被害に遭った方の協力が得られれば、告訴をすることも可能です。1人で告訴しても受理されなかったり、動いてもらえない可能性があります。可能な限り多くの人数で沢山の証拠とともに訴えます。
If we can get the cooperation of people whose portrait rights have been violated by Meta's fraudulent advertisements and those who have been victims of fraud, it is possible to file criminal charges against Meta in this regard as well. Even if you file a criminal complaint alone, there is a possibility that the prosecution will not accept your case or take action.
