Motive

日本、世界中に被害者がいます。また、その被害者団体もありみすが、解決に至っていません。

We have a lot of victim in all over the world include Japan.We also have victim organization however nothing solved this problem.

■ 社会（提出先）がかかえる問題点は何か？

Point at issue

人により、CIAが人体実験を行なっている、国が国民に電磁波攻撃をしている等言われた事がありますが、証拠がありません。唯一救いは国連が調査に乗り出したという記事を目にしました。

Someone  says CIA do human experimentation the other says Government do Electric Harassment but I don't have a proof of evidence.  The solution is I 've heard the news that United Nations started to investigate.

証拠の収集、誰がやっているのかを突止める。それがないと精神疾患のレッテルを貼られて一生終わりです。

Collect the proof of evidence ,and pursue who is the leader of this issue? If we don't get it, all through my life , I 'm labeled as mental illness.

40年程前からおかしな事が起こり始める。家に帰る道で、大声を張り上げてオナニ―をする変態に出くわす。バレエの発表会の直前に自転車に激突され足を捻挫する。針医者に価格の問い合わせをすると、何件も料金だけ聞いて予約を取らないのは良くないと、同じ事を言われる、、、2000年頃に個人のストーカー、コンピュータテクニシャンの男の被害にあい、物事がエスカレートする。財布と家の鍵を盗まれる。スカ-トをハサミで切られる、、、2002年にNYへ留学する。2008頃アメリカ人のストーカー、薬のマ―ケティング会社の経営者に会って依頼集団ストーカーが始まる。2011年頃アパートの上の階の住民より、電磁波攻撃を受ける、、、etc

Something craziness　started about 40 yrs ago.I happened to watch the　pervert at the　path usually I use, and saw that he masturbate with loud voice. The other day one guy with riding a bicycle atacked me and I injured my uncle just before ballet concert. Then I made phone calls for asking how much was the treatment along phone book.Three acupuncture clinic complained about me and said " Don't ask treatment fee without booking" . ..

Around 2000 One Japanese guy who is computer tequnitian stalked me and police arrested him and 5yrs he couldn't reach over me.However, things was escalated, I was stolen my purce and key , then someone cut my skirt with cisers...　

After I went to abroad in NY in 2002, I met an American guy who own medication marketing company, Gangstalking started just after that. Around 2011, harasser who lived in upstairs in my apartment 、gave to me  Electric Harassment...etc
